Mariana Palmeiro is an expert in wellness and hospitality management.
Mariana holds a Master Degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University (MMH’07) and a Bachelor in Economics. She spent 10 years in Asia working on numerous projects of spa and wellness, mainly as a Project Manager for new spa and wellness centre openings as well as a hospitality consultant experience where she opened and managed hotel operations.
Mariana also spent two years at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland driving a centre for the development and enhancement of content and courses focused on spa and wellness management – taking a special interest in executive education and the further development of hoteliers in the world of wellness.
Well Culture came as the entrepreneurial project which allows Mariana and her team to fully support hotels and health businesses understand the changes in consumer behaviour and also in new business models.
Mariana has developed successful working relationships with many different experts which are always happy to support the successful execution of any project. Francisco Cunha is an Environmental Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. His experience starts from property management and development to owning a Lifestyle Hotel in the island of Bali, Indonesia.
Recently added to his resume a Business Sustainability Management course from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. “Relating Wellness and Sustainability has been one of Francisco’s challenges in the future of the wellness industry”.
With an entrepreneurial character and business visionary he adds critical value to Well Culture’s clients.
